Justin is the Owner and CEO of ARK. He learned his impressive construction knowledge from working alongside his dad starting at a young age. He also has worked as a Firefighter/ Paramedic for many years in Canton. As a father of 5, safe homes are his passion, and he leads his proud ARK team with an unmatched enthusiasm and inspiring drive to make a difference.
Christopher Kortis
Training Inspector
Christopher is our Lead Inspector, and with over 15 years new construction experience and an additional 5 in real estate, he is fully equipped to answer questions and ease any home buying fears. He is also our resident sports guy. He’s a lifelong Browns fan and is on the golf course every chance he gets! You can always count on Chris for a calm, sensible answer.
Kelly Hetherington
Support staff
Kelly (AKA Wonder Woman) is our Operations Manager. She is currently studying for her masters, along with handling the day to day operations of ARK, and running around with her 3 busy kids! She has a heart of gold, and the selfless mind of a social worker. The “ARK World” would not turn without Kelly.
Kerry Bell
Support staff
Kerry is the Office Manager of ARK. She is the chaos coordinator at work as well as home, recently returning to the workforce after 20 years as a SAHM. She is detailed, dedicated and the glue that holds us together! If she’s not pouring herself into work, you can find her spending weekends at volleyball tournaments with her youngest daughter.
Brent Barie
Brent is our newest Home Inspector. He worked many years in the service industry as a General Manager, before he found his true calling in this Industry! He is recently married, and devoted to his dog and 3 rescue cats. Brent also shares a love of sports, but Pittsburgh is his hometown. Don’t worry, the Penguins are his main jam, but he will root on our Browns, as long as they aren’t playing the Steelers.
