Mold Testing & Sampling

If there is mold you need to know. Not only can it be potentially dangerous it can often be very costly to remediate. Our equipment and procedures determine whether there is mold secretly growing in the house. If so, we not only detect it but have it sampled and analyzed so you know exactly what you're dealing with.

Radon Testing

Radon is invisible to the eye and dangerous over time as it's radioactive, but our inspectors have a machine that tests the home for any radon presence. It's important to have your home professionally inspected for radon, so it can be detected and eventually its levels lowered if necessary.

Sewer Scope

A sewer scope inspection is performed by using a tiny camera to video record the lateral sewer line in a home that leads from the foundation of the house to the main sewer line. The recording will show any potential problems with the pipeline.  Sewer scope inspections are typically recommended for homes older than 20 years.

Termite & Pest Inspections

A proper termite and pest inspection will tell you what damage there is if any but also if there were any past termite treatments on the house. From there, we can tell you what the next steps could be, whether that means fixing the damage that is already there and/or eliminating the termites altogether so they do not cause more damage.

Well & Septic Inspections

You need to know if there is any damage in the tank or piping, if waste solids are being properly broken down, the condition of liquid flow, and if there are any cracks, damages, or blockages in the pipes. For the well, you'll get information about the well, pumping water levels and static water levels, well measurements, recommended pump rate and recommended pump settings too.
